How do I contact Aciga Venture Pharmacy?
Call the office on 0783 717 770, message us on WhatsApp on 0755 007 925, or email info@acigaventures.com. You can also use the contact form on this website.
What are the pharmacy's opening hours?

Do I need a prescription to buy medicine?
Prescription-only medicines, including antibiotics, are dispensed only against a valid prescription. Over-the-counter products do not need one, and the pharmacist can guide you on safe use.
Can I check if a medicine is in stock before I travel?
Yes. Send a WhatsApp message to 0755 007 925 or use the enquiry form. Nothing is ordered or reserved until the pharmacy replies to confirm availability.
Do you help with refills for long-term medicines?
Yes. We support refill enquiries for regular medicines for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and asthma. The pharmacist confirms your prescription is valid and the medicine is in stock first. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
Do you sell first-aid kits for schools, businesses and boda-boda riders?
Yes. We offer first-aid kits for homes, schools, boda-boda operators and businesses, and customised first-aid supplies for schools, offices and organisations.
Do you offer blood glucose screening?
We offer a finger-prick blood glucose screening check, with availability to be confirmed. A screening result is not a diagnosis, so see a clinician about any concerns.
Do you deliver medicines in Gulu City?
Local delivery in Gulu City is planned. It will be subject to operational availability and applicable regulations. Ask us about it when you enquire.
Can I send my prescription through the website form?
Please do not type prescriptions, diagnoses or medical history into website forms. Ask the pharmacist how to share prescription details safely.
